Organized and directed members of the Field Organization for
the successful passage of two pieces of NH
Legislation.

The first prohibits cities and towns from taxing as real
estate towers, antennas and support structures. (QST August 94. This was
considered to be landmark legislation as it was the first of its kind and to
date, no other state is known to have this level of protection for its
Amateurs. The second, Al spearheaded the passage of PRB-1 (tower
pre-exemption) into State Law (QST December 1996). At the time, only two other
States had PRB-1 codified in to State law.  
 
Worked with the NH Governor’s office to convert NH
Proclamation from “Amateur Radio week” to “Amateur Radio month” which recognizes
our contribution throughout the years.  

Designed a number of club patches including both the NH
Section patch and the NH ARES patch.
